The Project Graveyard
Here lies the stuff I never shipped. Some ideas broke, some lost steam, and some just weren’t meant to be — but all of them taught me something I carry forward.
"Each project I leave behind clears the path for something better."
Digital Afterlife
Like every dev, I’ve got my fair share of projects that never made it out alive. Some broke under tech challenges, some lost relevance, and some just ran out of steam.
Still, none of them were wasted. Each one left me with lessons, skills, or insights that shaped the projects I shipped later. So here’s to the ones that didn’t make it — they paved the way for everything that did.

WebList
All-in-one toolkit hub — never fully launched.
"WebList: Died before it could list itself. Jan–Feb 2025"
Cause of death:
Died of scope creep. Didn’t secure domain early, underestimated time.

Aventra
AI trip planner that overplanned itself.
"Aventra: Planned its own final trip. Apr–May 2025"
Cause of death:
Suffocated under technical debt. Too much scope + underestimated complexity.
